Good as Gold is a 2006 rare buckskin Oldenburg stallion recently Licensed by the Oldenburg/ISR NA. This very special young horse has 3 fantastic gaits and enormous amount of scope over the jumps.  

Good as Gold  recently received his Certified Breeding License by the Oldenburg NA. Good as Gold was a GOOD RIBBON WINNER at DRESSAGE AT DEVON BOTH YEARS SHOW INCLUDING IN THE OLDENBURG/ISR CLASS IN 2006 AS A FOAL AGAINST HORSES UP TO TWO YEARS OLD.

Good as Gold’s Sire Goodtimes (Nimmerdor-Caletto I-Wahnfried) is approved KWPN. Nimmerdor and Caletto I jumped internationally at the highest levels and are first class stallions. Goodtimes became Champion in his stallion Test at the age of 3. He has several approved sons, champion foals and mares. His son Lucky Times became Champion of the Pavo-Cup at the age of 4 and again at age 5. The offspring of Goodtimes jump nationally as well as internationally at the top levels. Goodtimes is an all-round breeding stallion that sires top horses for dressage, jumping and selections!

His Dam Alino Queen is imported from the Netherlands and was graded into the DH studbook of the Dansk Varmblod in 2008 with very high scores. She is from a long line of graded and performance bred horses in Denmark, and Alino Queen and Good as Gold are featured in the SPORT AND BREEDING Magazine in October 2007 and RIDEHESTEN Magazine 02/2008 issue in Denmark with articles about this wonderful mare and her famous family. Her sire is the Horse of the Year in Denmark 2006, MICHELLINO by Michelangelo. Half brother of Good as Gold’s Dam named Alliman is doing advanced dressage in Switzerland under the name of "Hello Yellow" ridden by Caroline Rindlisbacher. Hello Yellow won an Intermediaire ll and won a Swiss S-Cup in dressage, and is competing in INTERNATIONAL DRESSAGE IN SWITZERLAND!

Good as Gold’s sire is the VDL stallion Goodtimes who has many Internationally competing offspring and approved stallions. He is known for producing three great gaits, as well as fantastic jumping ability. VDL Stud and the many DRESSAGE offspring at the top of the sport including Pavo Cup winner Lucky Times and many other Int'l successful sport horses in both Arenas....Here in the USA, notable offspring include Lisa Silvermans successful GP jumper, and DAD Hi Point Champion, and successful young dressage horse Wildcard SCF Keur Elite. He also sired  DAD Champion ISF's Toraya.
More Goodtimes offspring including Approved son Sydney VDL (Goodtimes X Alasca. Good as Gold is even better now than he was when he was a premium stallion prospect as a foal and asked to return by the Oldenburg NA jury as such., he has ribboned both years he attended Dressage at Devon, and is FEI quality in movement, conformation, pedigree and class.  His rare buckskin color (he can throw palomino’s as well, as he is out of a palomino mare) is truly just the icing on the cake. Along with his superior genetics, FEI quality gaits, and all European Pedigree, Good as Gold will throw his dilute (Cream) gene 50% of the time. His foals can be palomino, buckskin, chestnut, bay, and Smokey black or black depending on the genetics of the mares bred to him (we will be more than happy to help you figure out your foal’s color options if you would like to give us a call).

We are not owners of Corlando, and never did own him, but purchased a good amount of his semen years ago. We have breeding certificates to go along with this semen.
